Gabbas Yerzhanov

He has nearly 20 years of experience in the financial sector, including business entities and quasi-government companies

He was born on January 13, 1983.

He began his career in 2005 as a volunteer at the Center for International Programs LLP in Astana.

In 2006, Gabbas joined Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC, where in eight years he worked his way up from the chief specialist of the personnel development department to the first-level manager of the investment policy department.

From 2014 to 2016, he worked at Baiterek NMH JSC, and then continued his career in senior positions at Almex-Baiterek Fund LLP and Institute of Economic Research JSC.

In the period from 2018 to 2020, he served as Managing Director of Kazyna Capital Management JSC (now Qazaqstan Investment Corporation).

His last position was Managing Director for Finance and Corporate Development at the Business Expo group of companies.

Gabbas holds a Master's degree in Public Administration (Finance and Fiscal Policy) Cornell University, USA (2011), as well as a bachelor's degree in Public Administration from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University (2005).

Currently, he does not have a part-time job.

He is not a member of the Board of Directors of other organizations.

There are no shares of shares owned by affiliated organizations.
